Program Associate
The Program Associate plays an integral role in providing ongoing support, coordination, project management and program design for AHF’s many community partnerships and grant programs with a goal of maximizing the potential for those efforts to achieve the greatest community impact. This position provides a unique, entrepreneurial opportunity to apply your skills, experience, and resourcefulness. This position engages with leading, senior, mission-oriented leaders at nonprofits, government, businesses, and healthcare organizations, and provides unique upward mobility and career growth opportunities for high performers striving to make a measurable impact in the San Diego community.
Administrative Manager
The Administrative Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the physical office and technological infrastructure, ensuring that both are managed and performing efficiently and effectively and that all team members have what they need to succeed (such as equipment, supplies, record keeping, scheduling/admin support, grants management software and a safe and supportive work environment). The Administrative Manager is also responsible for executive administrative support for the Executive Director and the Board of Trustees, as well as grants management record keeping and coordination.
