Join us on November 10th from 2-7pm, at Fletcher Cove, Solana Beach with our 2018 partners: City of Solana Beach, Live Well San Diego and the San Diego County Medical Society. Enjoy our fantastic Wellness Expo with fun activities for everyone while you reconnect with old friends and make new ones.

The Solana Beach Sunset 5K Run/Walk will raise funds for Champions for Health’s Community Wellness and Diabetes Prevention Programs. Our Health & Wellness Programs address preventable and chronic diseases through immunizations, screenings, diabetes prevention education and the Live Well San Diego Speaker’s Bureau.
