Alliance is Proud to be a Sponsor of CIE Virtual Summit 2021 – September 8-10
Join us and 211/CIE San Diego to explore how Community Information Exchanges can promote equity and inclusivity through their community-led model. Drawing from current events, including the COVID-19 pandemic, sessions will analyze how to move CIE planning and implementation forward using community-led strategies that enable inclusive and equitable input and participation.
The CIE Summit is the premier conference for thought-leaders in the 211, health, social, technology, nonprofit, and government sectors to meet and learn how to transform the health and social service sectors in their region to build strong and thriving communities.

About 2-1-1 San Diego and Community Information Exchange (CIE)
A CIE is an ecosystem comprised of multidisciplinary network partners that use a shared language, a resource database, and an integrated technology platform to deliver enhanced community care planning. Care planning tools enable partners to integrate data from multiple sources and make bi-directional referrals to create a shared longitudinal record. By focusing on these core components, a CIE enables communities to shift away from a reactive approach to providing care toward proactive, holistic, person-centered care.
211 San Diego is a free, 24 hour confidential phone service and searchable online database.
